Personal data we collect
- Website enquiries: name, role, email, phone, care home details, shift needs.
- Candidate applications: CV details, work history, right-to-work, DBS status, qualifications, references.
- Client onboarding: billing details, contact names, service records.
- Technical data: IP address, device/browser info, cookies/analytics (see Cookies section).
How we use your data (Lawful bases)
- To respond to enquiries and provide services (Contract/Legitimate interests).
- To manage bookings, vetting and compliance incl. RTW/DBS/qualifications (Legal obligation/Legitimate interests).
- To improve our site via aggregated analytics (Consent/Legitimate interests).
- To send essential service communications (Contract/Legal obligation).
- Marketing (Consent – only if you opt in; you can opt out anytime).
Sharing your data

- Care homes (clients) to arrange shifts and compliance checks.
- Background screening, payroll and HR providers as needed.

- Enquiry and booking records: typically 6 years for accounting/compliance.
- Candidate records: for the recruitment process and for a reasonable period thereafter or as required by law.
