Professional chef experience (care, healthcare, education or contract catering an advantage).
Strong food safety knowledge (Level 2+), allergen controls and clean handovers.
Familiarity with IDDSI levels (0–7) or willingness to learn quickly.
Valid Right to Work in the UK; DBS (we can help arrange/refresh).
Positive, calm communication with residents and staff.

Locations: London, Surrey, Kent, Sussex, Hampshire, Berkshire, Oxfordshire, Dorset, Wiltshire, Somerset, Bristol, Gloucestershire.

Shifts: days/evenings, weekdays/weekends; interim blocks available.
Duties: prep, cook & serve; IDDSI adjustments; allergen logging; tidy close-down & handover notes.
Requirements: RTW, DBS (or in progress), Food Safety L2+; references.

We also welcome interest from Senior/Head Chefs with menu and audit experience.
